The Summit Social Home School Program is located in the beautiful Meadows neighborhood of Castle Rock, Colorado—nestled between the Ridgeline hiking trails, Bison Park, and Clear Sky Elementary School. It’s a peaceful, welcoming environment that encourages both learning and exploration.

At Summit Social, we understand that every child learns differently. That’s why our curriculum is never one-size-fits-all. Instead of relying on off-the-shelf programs, we thoughtfully combine the best elements from proven educational resources to meet each student’s individual needs.

We draw from trusted programs such as Orton-Gillingham, Spalding Phonics, McGraw Hill, Words Their Way, and Singapore Math, while also developing our own materials using evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.

To keep learning engaging and dynamic, students move through centers or stations during each subject. These stations are designed to expose them to the material in multiple ways, including:

• Hands-on learning activities that bring concepts to life

• 1:1 instruction for targeted teaching and support

• Interactive computer programs to reinforce and extend learning

This multi-modal approach not only helps students stay engaged, but also supports deeper understanding, improved retention, and long-term academic success.

At Summit Social, we believe that learning should be active, meaningful, and connected to the world around us. That’s why we take education beyond the four walls of the classroom and into the great outdoors and local community.

Our students hike 1–2 times per week, exploring the beautiful Ridgeline Trails and playing at Bison Park, just steps from our home base in The Meadows. These outings not only encourage physical activity but also provide rich opportunities for science, nature, and social learning.

Every Thursday, we take school offsite to the Miller Activity Center, where we combine our core academic instruction with team-building, social skills development, and fitness activities in a fun, dynamic setting.

To further expand our students’ horizons, the first Friday of every month is reserved for a field trip—giving children the chance to experience the rich cultural and educational offerings of the Denver metro area.

Whether it’s a hike, a museum visit, or a collaborative game, every experience is thoughtfully designed to bring learning to life.
