Erin Skelton
Erin Skelton (Roberts) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and experienced educator with over 20 years of experience teaching children of all abilities. She is deeply passionate about creating inclusive, individualized learning environments that support the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology, a Master’s in Education with a Certificate in Reading, and a Postgraduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her unique blend of qualifications allows her to approach education from both a behavioral and developmental lens, combining the science of learning with compassionate, child-centered teaching.
The inspiration behind The Summit Social School is personal. When Erin’s neurodivergent son began to struggle with traditional teaching methods, she saw firsthand how many bright and capable children were being left behind in conventional classrooms. Determined to create something better, she envisioned a school where every child—regardless of learning style—could feel successful, confident, and understood.
At Summit Social, Erin has brought that vision to life: a place where learning is hands-on, meaningful, and fun; where outdoor adventures and community experiences are part of the curriculum; and where each child is supported to grow at their own pace, in their own way.

Rebecca Safanov
Rebecca is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a minor in history, from Florida Atlantic University and Master of Science in psychology from Lynn University. During her graduate program, Rebecca conducted research and wrote her master thesis on individuals with autism, which motivated her to work in the field of ABA with a focus on training families, the community, and other professionals. She returned to Florida Atlantic University, where she received a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. During her time at FAU, she began working as an RBT in South Florida, primarily in early intervention.
During her time as a student, Rebecca gained practical and research experience in several areas of psychology and behavior analysis, including social contact theory in children between the age of 3 and 5, identifying ASD in females under 18, and the effects of precision teaching in homeschool settings for children with ASD. She also received substance abuse training as a graduate student with the International Adlerian School (ICASSI).
Rebecca has been working in the field of ABA for about 5 years. Her main focus is to provide learners with all the tools and resources they need in order to live functional lives. Her passion is training other individuals on autism and ABA, including families, educators, and other professionals in the field.
Outside of working as a BCBA, Rebecca is a cosmetologist and works as a color specialist on the weekends. She finds joy in volunteering for nonprofit organizations dedicated to raising awareness to and funding for research for terminal illnesses in children and adults. Some of her hobbies include martial arts, cooking, painting, making jewelry, and watching football.
